Checking In

Virgin Blue, Pacific Blue and Polynesian Blue are 100% ticketless airlines, so you will not be issued with a physical ticket at the time of booking. Instead, you will be issued either with an itinerary or a booking reference number.

In order to check-in you must provide either your booking reference number or your itinerary as well as sufficient ID (preferably photo ID) for security purposes. If you are travelling internationally, you will require a valid passport and supporting documentation (depending on the destination), so remember to check out what international travel documentation is required before leaving home.

You will receive a boarding pass for your flight if you satisfy check-in requirements at this time.

Remember to try our Web check-in and Kiosk check-in options.
